Rates (in US Dollars):

$ 50 Daily with 3 day minumum (Limited availability).
$ 350 Week rental (7 days).
$1200 Monthly.

Check-in: 3pm & Check-out: 10am.

Rates based on 1-4 persons, over 4 will be $10/week per each additional person.

Security Deposit $100.

Deposit 1/2 total price due within 10 days of making
reservation or subject to cancellation. Refundable 30 day notice.
If after 30 days you will be able to select another week.
Total balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
